Keep your goals realistic and credible and divide them into smaller more achievable segments Interim targets can be used to track the progress and create a sense of accomplishment. This approach not only helps to stay focused and set incremental goals but also side-step hopelessness.

Cultivate Healthy Relationships

It is the relationships that define our states of happiness and even fulfillment in our lives. The top leaders especially must be surrounded by positive influences that will motivate, encourage and transform the society. Spend time building these relationships and try to listen to these people and also try to express your feelings of thankfulness and gratefulness towards them. Closeness and security, and all that goes with them—love and attachment—are a good part of the happiness of one’s life.
